I have been photographing Northern Minnesota, Lake Superior and Duluth since spring 2006.
I first started out with a small point and shoot camera which I used until I knew it inside and out. It taught me how to use my vision and imagination instead of counting on an expensive piece of machinery to do the work for me.
I have now upgraded to a more professional and suitable camera with an array of lenses and other tools to help me capture the undeniable beauty of the area us locals call, The Northland.
I hope to continue my passion of photography for the rest of my life.
It is my meditation, my teacher and my art.
